That is a common question. It really depends on our current production schedule. It is best to check with us. We have a local production facility, so many times we can make it happen.
Clothing can be printed on the front and/or back side, and on the sleeves. On the front, you can print on the left or center chest. On the back, you can print on the upper, middle, lower, or upper/lower offset back…lots of places!

It depends on the item being ordered. Promotional products from different manufacturers have different minimum order amounts. That being said, some manufacturers will allow a below minimum order, but charge an additional fee for the below minimum quantity. The best thing to do is to tell us how many items you are looking for and you total budget. We can then look for items that meet your needs, and give you ideas of creative promotional items you never would have thought of.
Yes, however, there is a set-up fee, so it becomes more cost effective the more items you have embroidered. Once we have your artwork to be embroidered ready to go, you need not pay a set-up fee again if using that same artwork on other items.
Typically, screen printed shirts require a minimum of 12 shirts. That being said, you can order different style shirts and have the same screen print on each of them.
As a general rule, most garments are considered pre-shrunk, however, how the end user washes the garment is what makes the most difference. For example, if it is washed and dried hot, it will probably shrink. Of course something that is 50% cotton and 50% polyester is much less likely to shrink, if at all.
Most items require two weeks to order and screen print or embroider. As a rule of thumb, plan to order your items no less than two weeks prior to when you need them. Depending on the quantity ordered, destination location, and item ordered, some turn-around times can be as little as 24 hours. Of course, we can use expedited shipping at an additional charge. If you are in a hurry for an item, it is best to give us a call to see if we can expedite your order.

We will come back with a proposal of options to meet your needs and budget.
With more than 25 years of experience, we have seen it all! We can alert our clients if an item they are considering is not a quality/useable item. For example, one of our clients came to us wanting imprinted coffee mug warmers that plugged into the computer USB. We had experience with sampling these that they did not warm up the coffee mug well and advised our client to avoid the USB plug-in model. When in doubt, we can always order you a sample.
No, we do not print or embroider on clothing or other items supplied by customers. We only screen print items that are available through us.
